Resource of the Week – Health and Wellness This is the time of the quarter when students can start to feel stressed. Here are some resources that can help! Counseling and Health Center (CHC):
Student Success Workshops - Student Success Workshops are open to everyone and have no charge or sign-up. Workshops are led by Clark College counselors, staff and faculty and focus on topics like mindfulness, procrastination, stress management and more. Visit STUDENT SUCCESS PROGRAMS website for the full schedule. BITA team: Clark College's BITA (Behavioral Intervention Threat Assessment) team is a proactive, preventative approach to maintaining a safe college environment. If you see another student whose behavior seems like a “red flag” for potential harm or threat to self or others, you can help. If the threat is immediate – call 911. Even if the threat isn’t immediate, it’s still important to act. Please submit a BITA referral form by clicking HERE
